WW1 prussian braid for Kapitulanten - to be used across the bottum of the shoulderboards
in the prussian army system prior to WW1 the conscript soldiers are able "to surrender" at the end of their duty / conscript time
and volunteer for 4 , 8 or 12 extra years - than they were called Kapitulanten ( surenderers )
you will purchase 25 cm ( 10 " ) = will be ok for 1 pair of shoulder boards
10 mm wide offwhite cotton braid with 2 mm wide black ( Prussia ) stripe
- burn test  = cotton
- UV test  = negative ( no glow )
original braiding from a very old tailor stock ( all the thick reference books show exact this braid )
sold as used - grade 1 unused - never issued condition ( of the roll )
